Vertical Interior Design Presents a New Showroom to Inspire Ideas for Residential Spaces; The Design Inspiration Center Opens In February 2021

Vertical Interior Design (VID) is excited to introduce its new showroom, the Design Inspiration Center, which opened in February. The space is a beautiful mix of color and textures, giving homeowners a chance to experience luxury design elements in person.

Colleen Baader, senior vice president of VID, explained, “The Design Inspiration Center is a showcase of a wide variety of options for your home including a complete kitchen, family room, living room space, master bedroom & bathroom, and a custom closet. We wanted a place for our clients to be able to physically touch and feel the products, the cabinet line, the furniture lines, and to see some unique design details.”

Clients will appreciate an opportunity to see the spaces in person and to get an up-close look at the quality of the products they have to choose from. They will also have the chance to meet with the designers and talk about what they like, what they don’t, what they love, and how it can be incorporated into their spaces.

Whether someone has a well-defined idea of what they are looking for or are just starting down the interior design path, Baader says they will “be inspired” by how many different options they have to choose from—different colors, materials, and textures.

VID partners closely with the homeowner from concept and design development through installation. Sharing a vision with the homeowner and creating spaces that are compelling, textured, and cohesive is the goal for each project, regardless of size. Every team member agrees–their obsession with style, and creating personalized beauty for homes, fuels each project they design.

COVID safety is taken seriously at VID. Baader said, “We have safety protocols here at our office. If a client wants to come in and work with a designer, it can be done safely. We currently have residential projects where we safely enter people’s homes, use masks, sanitization, and conduct social distancing. We know how to successfully design and navigate through the pandemic.”

As they look to the future, VID hopes to open up the space for social events such as wine tastings, happy hours, and business and personal development events.

Baader added, “People miss going to gatherings, going to art shows, wine and bourbon tastings, and attending in-person events. Our goal is to grow this into a new area that will allow people to have a beautiful space to come and attend some of these events.”
